We are the sister company to Dauntless Fitness/CrossFit Blaydon which is based right next door.

We predominantly offer gymnastics classes for all ages, but also hire out our gym space for yoga, martial arts, small groups etc. Please use the menu to navigate our website and see all that we have to offer.
